OUR PROJECTS

In our aim to restore the moral fibre of our community, we engage children in educational, interactive programmes and curriculums. Moreover, we also do our best to meet the material needs of the families.

Reading Program
READING PROGRAMME
The Reading Programme is facilitated at St. Joseph's Primary school and is aimed at helping remedial students improve the level of academics through reading. The team has seen improvement in the children who attend, to the point where there was no need for them to attend the programme any more.

Children's Outreach
REACH PROJECT
Our Children's Ministry is an outreach project that engages the children in the community through a fun interactive where they can connect with each other and the volunteers. The focus of the project is not only to keep them occupied but to teach them about God and His Word.

The Foundation does their best to provide food for those who are in need. Primarily, through the LOVE JARS and other non-perishable foods.

We also have a desire to teach families about nutrition and help them compile the most cost-effective nutritious diet.

Clothing Drive
Clothing drive

The Foundation receives donations of clothing that is washed, sorted and distributed to those in need. We have clothing for babies, children and adults. We do not just hand out clothing, but utilize it as a reward for services rendered.

ecd centre
During our time in the community we noticed many toddlers free roaming the streets with no supervision or care. Our desire is to establish an ECD Centre that will be a safe space where they can learn, play and be cared for.

PARENT EMPOWERMENT
Currently our engagement is primarily with the children in the community, but we want to reach the family as a whole. Thus, in the near future, we hope to facilitate training, development and counselling to parents to ensure that they can be empowered. These workshops will include: financial planning, nutrition, discipline and spiritual discipleship.

work 4 a living
A major root issue in the community is unemployment. In Partnership with Work 4 A Living, we would like to establish a training centre in the community to provide job-readiness training and ultimately get people working.
